Account Coordinator

Account Coordinator INNOCEAN USA, is a full-service advertising agency in sunny Huntington Beach, CA and we are looking for an Account Coordinator for our growing team. We are a hybrid workplace, x3 days week in-office. Candidates must be local to SoCal. The Account Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of client's automotive website updates and ensures that the agency delivers quality work on time and within budget. This role requires experience in a professional work environment. The successful candidate should possess good communications skills including, but not limited to, conducting presentations, trouble-shooting problems and thinking on their feet. Duties And Responsibilities Takes notes, sends recaps, tracks actions Requests job numbers, as needed Routes estimates through Adobe Sign Assists with meeting coordination, A/V, leave-behinds, deck prep, lunch, etc Expense reports Maintains distribution lists Qualifications 6 months 1 year work experience or internship in a Marketing or Ad agency environment.
