Project Planner & Scheduler | Perm | Remote to Hybrid | Advanced Nuclear Technology | Are you a skilled user of Oracle Primavera P6 with a knack for master schedule integration? Our client is an international new-nuclear technology developer with a specialization in nuclear power development. They have multiple sites underway for construction and are looking for an established talent in the energy/utilities/construction world to join their team. You would work with the broader team on schedule development & management, critical path risk/mitigation strategies, and maintenance of visibility over all project deliverables. RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to build and update comprehensive schedules in Primavera P6 Proactively collect activity updates and timeline information from cross-functional stakeholders Provide scheduling support and analysis to project leadership and site management teams Consolidate engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases into an integrated master timeline synchronized with budget and progress tracking Analyze critical path activities, available float, and schedule vulnerabilities; propose risk mitigation approaches Support cost estimation processes and allocate resources to activities based on team inputs QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of experience in project scheduling and controls for large-scale capital projects Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and scheduling software applications Strong understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) project lifecycles Demonstrated ability to analyze critical path methodology, schedule compression techniques, and risk mitigation strategies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams Experience integrating schedule data with cost control systems and progress reporting frameworks Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field preferred
