Restoration Tech -Team Leader

We're seeking a dependable Restoration Technician - Team Lead to assist with property damage cleanup and recovery. This role involves responding to water, fire, mold, and storm damage situations, performing mitigation work, and supporting restoration projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, sometimes physically demanding environments. Key Responsibilities: Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation services Operate restoration equipment and tools Remove damaged materials and debris Follow safety procedures and company protocols Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate professionally with team members and clients Qualifications: Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift, move, and work in varied conditions Basic mechanical/technical aptitude Restoration experience a plus, not required Valid driver's license preferred Project management is a plus
