If Financial Support Services Associate sounds like something you would be interested in, and you meet the qualifications listed below, apply now!Primary PurposeHandle high volume of receiving and processing refund/recovery checks, create upload for checks that cover multiple claims/clients, deposits (domestic & foreign), file transfers, accounting matching. Process related ticket request daily. Process ACH requests and accounts payable check requests.Responsibilities:Email appropriate communication, relevant, timely, content-richExcellent oral and written communication, including presentation skillsCritical thinking, problem-solving capabilityData analysisPC literate, including Microsoft Office productsStrong organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a team environmentAbility to meet or exceed Performance CompetenciesTechnical SkillsAdvance Excel to include but not limited to if formatting, charts, statements, VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, mathematical functions, sum, average, and SAP knowledge.Education & LicensingHigh school diploma or GED required.4 years' experience in accounting or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.Ideal background for this candidate: Strong analytical, organization, advanced excel, confidence, and communication skills. We have open floor plan and work closely daily to have all processes completed on time.SAP knowledgeSoft skills needed: Time management a must, we have daily deadlines.
