Delivery Driver This position requires candidates to be at least 18 years old. Delivery Drivers earn a base pay of $10/hour plus tips, typically averaging $16$18/hour. A company vehicle is provided for all deliveries. Drivers may be scheduled part-time or full-time, and when not delivering, you'll support the restaurant team with front-of-house tasks. As a Chick-fil-A Delivery Driver, you'll represent our brand in the community by providing the same hospitality and care our guests experience inside our restaurant. Position Type: Full-Time Our Benefits Include: Company vehicle provided for deliveries Full-time positions available Closed on Sundays Employee meal discount Leadership opportunities and professional development Scholarship opportunities 401(k) with employer match A fun, team-focused environment where you can positively impact others Competitive pay ($10/h plus tips earned) Delivery Driver Responsibilities: Deliver meals safely, efficiently, and with a sense of urgency Represent Chick-fil-A by upholding our values and hospitality standards Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns when needed Maintain operational excellence in delivery vehicles and work areas (cleanliness, speed, accuracy, food quality, and courtesy) Assist in the restaurant when not on deliveries (FOH, dining room, stocking, cleaning, guest service) Adhere to Chick-fil-A policies, dress code, and safety standards Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements: Age Requirement 18+ Flexible Availability with 30+ hours a week Satisfactory Background Check and Pass a drug test Clean driving record Must have a working smartphone with a data plan and GPS Must have a valid state-issued driver's license Ability to carry delivery tote bags and other items at the store (approximately up to 50 lbs) Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.
