Traveling Superintendent

Traveling Superintendent Traveling throughout the southeast, manages projects fully on-site, coordinates internal teams, communicates effectively, establishes and fosters relationships with project managers, architects, engineers and subcontractors. Does not just manage people but works with them, assist in hiring and mentoring new employees, ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site. The Successful Applicant At least 5+ years of experience, experience running your own projects, experience in Ground up Construction, work with projects over $1M, good with technology, leadership.
