Job DescriptionWe are looking for a reliable Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will assemble parts by following basic instructions and blueprints while ensuring quality and meeting production goals.Key Responsibilities Read and follow simple blueprints, work orders, and instructions Assemble parts using hand tools and small machines Follow supervisor directions to meet production goals Align, adjust, and position parts for proper assembly Clean parts using approved cleaning tools and solutions Inspect finished products for quality and perform rework if needed Pack and label finished parts for shipment Assist other team members by explaining assembly procedures when needed Required Skills Basic assembly or manufacturing experience Ability to use hand tools and light machinery Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Experience with packing, inspecting, and loading products Ability to operate forklifts (or willingness to learn) Qualifications Reliable, responsible, and safety‑focused Basic English reading and communication skills Ability to learn new equipment and processes Able to lift up to 45 lbs and perform repetitive tasks Manual dexterity and ability to stand for an 8‑hour shift Why Work Here?Join us for a rewarding career with professional and personal development opportunities, including pay increases at demonstrated benchmarks. Work in a clean, climate-controlled environment.Work EnvironmentThe work environment is a standard production and warehouse setting, focused on safety with clear SOPs. The facility is clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled. Employees are required to wear steel-toed shoes, safety vests, safety glasses, and ear plugs, all provided by the company. Jewelry, including wedding bands, is not allowed, and shoulder-length hair must be tied up. Orientations are held every Monday from 7:15 am to 11:00 am, with the first shift starting the next day from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Conover, NC.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
