You work hard - you earn more! Requirements: We require a good driving record (NO handsfree tickets) and the ability to pass a drug screen (no exceptions). Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties without accommodations: Must pass a Drug Screen (NO exceptions), clean DMV (NO handsfree tickets) and Background check (Live Scan fingerprint check) Candidates must be 18 years of age or older Applicator License (REQUIRED, unless you have Branch 2) Branch 2 and or Branch 3, preferred 2+ years of proven customer service experience Train in our Anderson branch for 30 daysWho We're Looking For: You show up with a positive attitude, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. You want to work outdoors in a dynamic, hands-on role. You're self-driven, with the willingness to hustle, grind, and do the right thing even when no one's watching. You have a passion for customer service and enjoy helping people solve problems. You're ready for 40+ hours per week with the potential for extra earnings. Schedule: Monday - Friday position, with an occasional weekend shift as needed. The Opportunity: The ideal candidate will enthusiastically take advantage of all training opportunities to successfully contribute to the Companies success. Run established route with expectations of continued growth. Assures that use of chemicals and strategies shall be in accordance with the rules and regulations governing pest control. Must be able to maintain or obtain a current license for Pest Control and a valid driver's license. Maintains tool control, keeping tools and equipment in a clean and safe working condition. Maintains accurate records of time and materials used daily in performing work duties. Submits completed work orders daily or upon completion of assignments. Apply pesticides to structures according to schedule, safety procedures and label instructions. Drive company vehicle to customers' houses or places of business. Respond to requests for telephone and in-person service calls. Assist in sales to customers to maintain route.
