Job Description As a Treasury Administration Supervisor, you will be leading an operational servicing team who helps support the day-to-day treasury operations of exchange-traded funds ("ETF"), mutual funds and/or closed end funds. As a Treasury Administration Supervisor, you will spend key time: Reviewing calculations, projected income and capital gain distribution estimates for clients. Monitoring and reviewing the overall distribution process for clients, comprising accurate and timely calculations, reconciliations and payment of dividends and capital gains for ETF and mutual fund products. Validating distribution rates, components, and tax classifications (e.g., ordinary income, qualified dividends, capital gains, return of capital) and review vendor reporting and income projections. Collaborating with fund administrators, tax administrators, fund accountants, transfer agents, custodians, index providers and exchanges. Supporting daily financial operations for ETF and mutual fund products by overseeing invoice processing, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring accurate allocation of fund expenses. Maintaining organized records and ensuring compliance with internal controls. Working closely with internal teams and external service providers. Leading the coordination of projects, mentoring teammates, using problem-solving skills and communicating effectively with mid-level and senior-level Fund Administrators. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field; CPA certified or candidate; Eight or more years of experience in Mutual Fund Administration or related field, i.e., public accounting. Preferred Skills/Experience: Proven knowledge of ETFs, mutual funds, other investments and security types Keen understanding of accounting principles Acknowledgement of ethics and compliance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Organized and attentive to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines simultaneously Ability to perform under tight deadlines Process-oriented mindset with interest in automation and workflow improvement Effective verbal and written communication skills Proficient computer navigation skills Intermediate to expert Microsoft Excel ability Willingness to learn new and sometimes complex concepts This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $117,725.00 - $138,500.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.
