Administrative Assistant A Child's Place at Unity House seeks an individual for an Administrative Assistant position within our Health Office child care setting. This position requires a hard-working, friendly and professional person with an eye for detail! Responsibilities: Maintain and review files as needed with attention to detail. Organize files. Record keeping and data entry. Assist nurse and administrators as needed. Photo copying, faxing and emailing as needed. Ensure all records comply with current policies and procedures. Other administrative tasks may be required. Maintain confidentiality of all information. Promote an environment of inclusion and belonging. Key Requirements: At least one-year experience in administrative or medical records position; proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Outlook required. Must be highly organized. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Must be able to work both independently and within a team. Valid and clean NYS Driver license required.
