Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple high-value construction projects from inception to closeout. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, compliant with all municipal and contract requirements, while mitigating risk and maximizing profitability. Locations of this position will vary and may work and operate within the Martin County, Palm Beach County, Broward County and Miami-Dade County. Key Responsibilities Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation; coordinate with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Manage financials including job costing, cash flow, subcontracts, change orders, monthly requisitions, and revenue projections. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource-loaded updates, look-ahead plans, and procurement/submittal logs. Administer design coordination, document control, RFIs, submittals, risk mitigation, monthly reporting, and project meetings. Lead on-site operations: conduct trade meetings, coordinate subcontractors/vendors, manage inspections/permits, perform site walks, expedite materials/shop drawings, and handle project turnover. Ensure contract compliance, client satisfaction, and strong relationships with owners, subs, and team members. Drive project closeout: obtain certificates of occupancy, manage punch lists, submit as-builts/operations manuals/warranties, finalize payments, close subcontracts, and archive records. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. 1015 years of experience as a Project Manager with a major general contractor, managing multi-million-dollar commercial construction projects. Proven track record in commercial construction, financial management, and risk mitigation. Required Skills Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and motivate teams and interface with owners, designers, and authorities. Excellent project finance, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities. Proficiency with construction management software (CMiC preferred); strong computer skills overall. Ability to read/interpret plans, specs, and contract documents. Collaborative mindset with the ability to foster relationships internally and externally. Lead with vision. Deliver with precision.
