We are seeking a reliable and friendly Maintenance Technician to join our team at our senior living community. Our Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the community, resident apartments, and common areas in a safe, attractive, and well-maintained condition. This role responds to service requests in a timely and courteous manner and works to ensure residents feel comfortable in their homes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to excellent service. This is a part-time position.
