Location: Jersey City, NJ Salary Range: Competitive Introduction We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team. This role involves creating and maintaining business requirements in collaboration with the business and ensuring alignment with project management resources. The candidate will be responsible for delivering functional solutions, conducting walk-throughs, and working closely with developers to ensure accurate understanding and delivery of requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 6 years' experience with at least 3 years as a Business Analyst/Functional Analyst. Understanding of finance functions within a bank, including subledger, ledgers, and financial reporting. Experience building high-performance, enterprise applications at scale. Proven ability to balance business demands and IT fulfillment. Ability to work across multiple business groups and domains. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Attention to detail and self-starter with risk identification skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and influencing skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Collaborative with the ability to share information and train new team members. Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Creating and maintaining business requirements in partnership with the business. Responsible for creating functional solutions and conducting FSD walk-throughs. Act as an SME to identify product development opportunities. Work with developers to ensure correct understanding of requirements. Define testing requirements with the QA team. Build and maintain strong relationships with the business. Establish governance structures for projects and manage issues and risks. Contribute to the design and development of project-level roadmaps. Ensure projects are completed according to specifications and documented. Work with data sourcing to ensure data completeness.
