SIOP Analyst The SIOP Analyst drives the analytical foundation of the SIOP process by preparing SIOP cycle materials, managing planning parameter models, and synthesizing dashboard data. This role delivers clear, timely insights that enable high-quality decision-making throughout the SIOP cadence and support alignment across planning functions. This position can work remotely or hybrid depending on the nearest site. Travel will be 10-20% for the first 18 months. Responsibilities: Review and create SIOP dashboards (e.g., KPI views, Control Towers) and summarize insights for leadership, highlighting guardrail breaches and trends requiring action or escalation Support content preparation and data validation for Weeks 14 and Executive SIOP reviews, ensuring planning inputs are accurate, consistent, and cycle-ready; supports scenario modelling Maintain and update the planning parameter model (e.g., safety stock, reorder policies) to support data-driven recommendations that improve inventory health and service levels Ensure accuracy and consistency of SIOP templates, trackers, and documentation, enabling standardization across sites and functions Review and analyze supply/demand scenarios, including capacity planning (short/medium/long-term) to support production scheduling. Ensure data integrity across ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JD Edwards) and perform root cause analysis on forecast failures. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Operations or Business Administration At least 3 years in supply chain, manufacturing or inventory management Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future. Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations. Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in advanced Excel, SQL and data visualization tools such as Power BI Experience with ERP systems (Visual, Syteline, Epicor) Strong analytical skills, with experience interpreting Supply Chain planning KPIs. Able to translate dashboards into actionable insights and maintain complex planning parameter models, with proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., Excel, BI platform) Proficient with using BI reporting tools and assisting with report framework design Working Conditions: Must be able to have prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to frequently sit, stand and walk. Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 pounds. Personal protective equipment (e.g., safety glasses and safety shoes) is required on the shop floor Occasional weekend and evening work may be required to accommodate priorities, deadlines, and schedules.
