Maintenance/Groundskeeper

Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for a Groundskeeper position with a great company located in the Bradenton, FL area. Duties Include: - Keeping outdoor areas clean including poolside free of litter by collecting and disposing of trash and debris. - Sweeping or blowing leaves, dirt, and debris from pathways and sidewalks to keep them clear and safe for pedestrians. - Regularly inspecting and maintaining groundskeeping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers to ensure they are in good working condition. - Checking and repairing irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. - Removing weeds from flowerbeds, pathways, and other landscaped areas to prevent them from overtaking desired plants. - Maintaining records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered to ensure accountability and effective planning for future maintenance needs. Requirements: - Prior grounds keeping exp required. - Lawn/Maintenance exp required - Ability to work 8 hours in the heat/sun. - Must be able to work weekends - Must have the ability to bend, stoop, reach and pull for up to 8 hours a day and stand on your feet as well.
