Welder We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will fabricate both custom and standard components for high-quality service bodies. Our welders take pride in their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to producing a durable, professional product. If you are experienced in MIG welding, can confidently read blueprints, and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to talk with you. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on metal components, primarily galvanneal and mild steel Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, welding symbols, and work instructions Utilize fixtures, layout techniques, and accurate tape measurement skills Conduct pre-weld and post-weld inspections to ensure quality and specification compliance Grind, clean, and finish welds to meet structural and cosmetic standards Maintain a safe and organized workspace in compliance with company policies and OSHA guidelines Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve production processes Qualifications Technical certification or completion of welding school preferred 13 years of welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Strong proficiency in MIG welding Ability to accurately read blueprints and use a tape measure Understanding of welding symbols, tolerances, and fabrication standards Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
