We are seeking to hire a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator - LNHA.$145K to $155K annually based on skills and experience. General Description: The Administrator is responsible for strategic planning and administers, directs, and coordinates all activities of the facility to assure that the highest degree of quality of care is consistently provided to the residents and patients. LNHA Mission Commitment: To provide holistic care to the aged and infirm in an atmosphere of Christian understanding. LNHA Education: Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field is preferred, a Baccalaureate or equivalent experience is required. LNHA Licensure: Current, unencumbered, Kentucky license to practice as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. LNHA Work Experience: Minimum of 5 year’s experience in Long-Term Care.
