Senior Business Analyst - Investment Systems

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong investment operations experience to support process design, data mapping, and platform modernization initiatives. This role partners across business, operations, and technology teams to analyze workflows, improve processes, and help align systems with evolving business needs.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and contributing to enterprise transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities Analyze and improve investment operations and portfolio management workflows Document current-state and future-state business processes Translate operational requirements into system and data specifications Partner with stakeholders across investment, operations, and technology teams Support platform and process modernization initiatives Assist with business process modeling and optimization efforts Identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and data quality improvements Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role Background supporting investment operations, financial systems, or data platforms Strong process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation skills Experience working cross-functionally with both business and technical teams Ability to analyze complex workflows and propose practical solutions Preferred Experience Experience working with investment platforms such as SimCorp, Aladdin, Charles River, Advent, Eagle, or similar Experience in asset management, pension, or capital markets environments Familiarity with business process modeling tools or enterprise architecture platforms Consulting or transformation project experience Investment certifications (CFA or similar)
