Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and label products accurately for outgoing orders. Shipping & Loading: Stage and load outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Warehouse Maintenance: Keep aisles, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized. Safety & Sanitation: Follow all food safety, sanitation, and PPE guidelines. Record-Keeping: Use WMS and scanners to track inventory and log shipment data or discrepancies. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Prior warehouse or cold storage experience preferred. Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 5075 lbs and work on your feet in cold environments for long periods. Attention to Detail: Ensure accurate picking, packing, and inventory handling.
