Realty Specialist You will perform realty specialist tasks and transactions such as acquisition by lease including long-term leases, or leases that deviate from standard; acquisition of property interests up to fee simple; independently conduct compliance inspections and inventory activities; dispose and transfer property out of federal or agency ownership; and prepare documents, records research, and data management to support those activities. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for USACE Real Estate Positions (5 USC 9902(b)(2)) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
