Head of Financial Planning and Analysis About the Company Fast-growing international SaaS company Industry Information Technology and Services Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Head of FP&A to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading the Financial Planning and Analysis function, serving as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership. This pivotal role involves owning the company's financial planning processes, developing and maintaining financial models, and analyzing key business and SaaS KPIs. The Head of FP&A will also be instrumental in preparing executive-level reporting, performance reviews, and recommendations, as well as continuously improving FP&A processes, tools, and reporting standards. A key aspect of the position is to build and lead a high-performing FP&A team over time. Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles, with a strong background in SaaS, subscription-based, or digital business models. The role requires a proven ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights, experience in working with senior leadership, and influencing decisions. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are essential, as is experience with Tableau.
