Atlas/Pellizzari Electric is seeking to hire Estimators/Project Managers in the Bay Area. Company Description - Atlas/Pellizzari Electric, based in Redwood City, has been a leading electrical contracting firm in Northern California since 1908. Serving commercial and industrial customers, the company is known for its expertise in power layout and design, project management, and energy-focused solutions such as high-efficiency retrofits and on-site power generation. With a team of over 60 direct employees and access to a reliable union labor pool, Atlas/Pellizzari effectively handles projects of all sizes. The company is committed to customer responsiveness, attention to detail, and ensuring a smooth business experience, which has been a foundation of its long-standing success. Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site Estimator/Project Manager role located in Redwood City, CA. The Estimator/Project Manager will be responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, managing construction budgets, and ensuring all project objectives are met efficiently. Additional responsibilities include overseeing project timelines, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, managing project costs, and actively participating in the design and execution process to deliver high-quality results. Qualifications - Proficiency in Cost Management, Budgeting, and Project Estimation Strong knowledge of Construction Estimating and related methodologies Exceptional Communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and team coordination. Knowledge of electrical systems and prior experience in electrical construction projects is preferred. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Familiarity with construction industry software/tools and local building codes. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
