This full-time, non-exempt role isn't just a job-it's a pathway to leadership for those who excel.If this sounds like the job for you, please review the full job description below and apply!Step up and build your future with us!Responsibilities: Perform intricate assembly of products by following detailed instructions, interpret engineering blueprints and technical terms.Use significant hand strength and fine motor skills to manipulate, fit and secure components during the assembly processDiscern quality of parts and materials used in production.Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process.Follow company procedures and directives.Maintain accurate records of work performed, including assembly logs and quality checks.Test finished products for defects.Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively during the assembly process. Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace.Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Handle/lift heavy cords (up to 50lbs) Other duties as assigned Skills and Experience Required Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or related field.Strong hand strength and dexterity are essential.Ability to identify depth, dimension and color by sight. Ability to lift/carry/manipulate up to 50lbs.Attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions for intricate assembly tasks. Accepting this position requires candidates to complete and pass a background check.
