Required: 2-3 years of proven continuous improvement experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably packaging/kitting). Candidates must possess knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies, excellent analytical and leadership skills, and proficiency in data analysis and process mapping. Experience reading engineering documents and working with materials like corrugate and foam is also essential.
