Setup mechanic

Direct Hire Opportunity! Are you an experienced and skilled Mechanic ready to be the backbone of our production line? Join our Setup Mechanics team and play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency of our operations! Your Focus: You will be responsible for the setup, repair, and preventative maintenance of critical production and processing equipment. This hands-on role requires you to interface directly with Operations and Engineering to ensure machinery is correctly located, properly adjusted, and running at peak condition. Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. A minimum of three (3) years of experience or technical school training in a mechanic or related craft. Solid knowledge of assembly line functions, machinery operation, and the ability to read technical manuals/blueprints. Physical Demands: This is a continuous, hands-on role requiring frequent walking, standing, pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying. Continuous stooping/bending, reaching/pivoting, and gross motor skills are required. salary: $38,000 - $53,999.99 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and correct machine failures, performing "on line" adjustments, repairs, and modifications. Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance (PM). Ensure all work adheres to GMP regulations, including housekeeping and proper documentation. Strictly follow all safety regulations (e.g., equipment lockout, proper PPE).
