Operations, Purchasing, Testing & Logistics Associate Zipdev is looking for an Operations, Purchasing, Testing & Logistics Associate to join our client, Hologenix, based in Pacific Palisades, CA. Our client is a materials science company that produces innovative, responsive textile products that energize all aspects of life. This is a part-time position offering a hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The selected candidate will contribute to driving operational excellence across the company. Key Responsibilities: Data Management: Maintain data for responsible tasks. This will include updating Monday.com, Sharepoint, Excel, Salesforce, etc. Testing Email and Data Management: Review testing inbox, update data in Excel and Word document templates, and all execution needed for testing CMAA and MNDA Management: Update word templates and format for Docusign, send and manage documents through Docusign, update and add information to Salesforce Logistics Oversight: Responsible for some shipments and inbound logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the entire Hologenix team to ensure alignment and communication. Tech Stack Operations: Use platforms like Monday.com, Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Sharepoint, Zoom, Teams, etc.
