One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As an Education Professional, you will be a vital contributor to the planning, coordination, and delivery of essential healthcare-related educational and training programs. Every day, you will actively assist in scheduling and conducting diverse healthcare training programs. You will also provide direct coordination and/or instruction in various educational initiatives, ensuring effective learning experiences for all participants. To be successful in this role, you will combine strong organizational and presentation skills with a deep understanding of healthcare education, a passion for teaching, and the ability to effectively engage and train diverse groups of healthcare professionals and staff. Facilitate Learning Implements a variety of teaching strategies appropriate to content, setting, learner's needs, and desired learner outcomes. Measurement: Observation, Documentation, Feedback Job Requirements Required Masters Of Science Nursing - MSN A minimum of 2, preferably 5 yearsexperience as a nurse educator with an emphasis on adult learning Nurse preceptor experience in addition to nurse educator experience may be considered Registered Nurse: CA Basic Life Support - BLS Preferred Advanced Cardiac Life Support - ACLS
