Customer Service Representative Transdev in West Covina, California is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to act as a liaison for our customers, providers, and client. We are seeking friendly, customer service-oriented people who are dedicated to safety. Transdev is proud to offer: Competitive compensation package of Minimum $18.50 (per hour) Maximum $22.17 (per hour) Part-time position is equivalent to 20 hours. Benefits include: Sick days: 5 days Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan Key Responsibilities: Answers customer inquiries via phone and in person Answer customer calls and input ride information using a computerized scheduling system. Intake service-related inquiries and complaints Communicate late vehicle service and verifying "No Shows" with customers. Answers questions and provides information about services. Clearly and accurately documents issues. Resolves customer inquiries relating to transportation; communicates resolution to customers. Operates a Point of Sales (POS) for the sale of fare media. Other duties as required. Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent. 2 years customer service experience 1 year cash handling experience Computer literate Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication and listening skills. Ability to operate standard telephone system. Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed. Physical Requirements: The employee is generally subjected to long periods spent sitting, typing, or looking at a computer screen. 100% of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well-ventilated facilities. Work is accomplished at a workstation or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone, headset, and computer. Push and pull up to 2 5lbs occasionally throughout the workday; lift material weighing up to 50 lbs with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files stored at ground level. Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing the duties of the job; tolerate exposure to considerable amounts of dust, and vehicle fumes and noise.
