Job Description This position is responsible to lead North American and Global GSC Implementation / Training / Support initiatives for Finished Good Demand Planning, Master Production Scheduling, Replenishment Planning, Raw Material Planning. Additional Information The travel for this position is 30% This role is not remote/hybrid. This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. ResponsibilitiesProvides guidance and acts as a resource for all members of the Global Supply Chain Services organization as it relates to the Blue Yonder Planning Suite, functionality, and best practices; acts as a resource for other Divisions and Departments as it relates to Finished Good Planning, Master Scheduling, and Raw Material Planning. Creates and delivers employee onboarding and continuous education training in parallel with management; manages and fosters an inclusive and collaborative environment ensures the appropriate training tools are standardized and in place for the North American and Global Demand Planning, Master Production Scheduling, Replenishment, and Raw Material Planning teams. Analyzes learning requirements for key stakeholder groups domestically and globally; translates needs into training offerings/recommendations. This position will support and contribute to the development, implementation and improvement of Blue Yonder Supply Chain systems integrated with Oracle eBusiness Suite (BIOS). This role will be responsible to train key users on functionality with supply chain planning tools. Provides details and training requirements as it relates to acquisitions and integrations of the Blue Yonder Planning Suite, functionality, and best practices for all regions of Sherwin Williams; coordinates requirements or enhancements needed for training purposes with IT support and Business leads. Establishes evaluation tools assessing comprehension of training; develops, updates, and maintains all training documents for North America and Global teams - material and online; conducts training on the Blue Yonder Planning Suite and all other relevant Supply Chain applications. Works outside of business hours (evenings and weekends) relative to job demand needs to support North American and Global Demand Planning, Master Production Scheduling, Replenishment and Raw Material teams. QualificationsMinimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1,etc.) Must have a bachelor's degree or higher Must have three (3) years of work experience in Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain or Operations role Must have work experience in Sales & Operations planning, forecasting, production inventory planning and scheduling or VMI Preferred Qualification: Have a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain or Logistics Have APICS certification Have at least one (1) year of experience in leadership role(s), supervising other or leading teams Have experience with Supply Chain System Knowledge (e.g. Supply Chain Planner, Demand Manager, Business Objects, QAD, AOM, AWCS, and MES.)
