This role will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning and quality control, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to make a significant impact on our organization. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments, and contingency plans. 2. Design and maintain technical and project documentation. 3. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths for effective project delivery. 4. Oversee the projects financial budget, notifying stakeholders of cost over runs and the impacts of decisions on the budget. 5. Ensure project deadlines are met and determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants if necessary during project cycle. 6. Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. 7. Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. 8. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. 9. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. 10. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs. 11. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in business or related field. 2. Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. 3. Proficient in project management software. 4. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and team-building skills. 5. Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, with a focus on strategic planning and quality control. 6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to overcoming challenges. 8. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. 9. Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred. 10. Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies. 11. Experience using project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. 12. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. 13.
