The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the vision and strategy, owning and evolving the product strategy for the AI and mobile care platform, and driving the integration of AI into the heart of the experience. This role is not traditional; it is an opportunity to shape a mobile-first patient experience, drive intelligent automation, and ensure that the most ambitious product is brought to life in partnership with cross-functional teams. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' product leadership experience, with at least 5 years in consumer mobile and/or AI-native platforms. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in product development, deep empathy for users, and a strong sense of product intuition. Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and the ability to productize them safely and effectively are essential. The VP of Product will also be expected to be an exceptional communicator, a stakeholder manager, and a champion of safety, trust, and medical rigor in AI-enabled interactions.
