Warehouse Associate Warehouse workers are an essential part of our company's success. Workers assist with loading and unloading trucks, moving materials within the facility, pick complete and accurate orders for shipment. They safely operate pallet jacks in order to complete tasks such as loading, sorting, and transporting products. Our company is currently seeking motivated, energetic individuals to join our growing team at Holly Poultry The ideal candidate must be able to select, sort, ticket, and calculate materials for shipment for the accurate loading and shipment of products. Load and receive product safely in accordance with policies and procedures: The ideal candidate will have pallet jack experience Verify accuracy and count of product on receiving documents Stage and segregate product in designated areas Break down product as necessary Complete all necessary documentation of incoming freight Report all discrepancies, damages, and other issues Responsible for warehouse cleanliness Select orders accurately to customer satisfaction. Includes refrigerated and frozen products Ship orders as needed Maintain department productivity and accuracy goals Participates in a safety culture that includes no recordable accidents and no loss time injuries. Always make the safe choice. Participates actively in all safety programs and activities. Cold storage environment. Warehouse bays are kept at a constant 32 degrees (and below zero in certain areas). Ability to withstand cold storage temps for extended periods of time.
