MDACC Data Entry Operator Job Details Professional Discipline : Admin/Clerical Support Specialty : Data Entry Clerk Employment Type : Part Time City : Houston State : TX Pay Range : Job Description: InGenesis is seeking a Part-Time Data Entry Operator to work with our client. In this role, you will support our client's Ethics and Conflicts of Interest team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with privacy standards. ResponsibilitiesEnter information from historical systems (or exported files) into the new database. Review data for accuracy and report any unusual findings to management. Verify completeness of all information before entry into software programs. Scan and print documents required for data collection and entry. Maintain confidentiality and follow state and federal privacy guidelines. Generate weekly and monthly reports on data entry progress and potential risks. Ensure software updates are applied and assist in training new employees on company processes. Organize and file original documents for record-keeping. Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsRequired: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred: Bachelor's degree 1-3 years of experience with data entry and database management. Strong knowledge of office computer systems and software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to accurately update files and maintain detailed records. Strong organizational skills, including calendar management for staff. Commitment to ongoing learning in database best practices. Experience maintaining confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA or similar regulations. Physical DemandsFrequent use of a computer and handling of physical documents. May involve standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and bending.
