Job Full Description Job Description: MIG Welder Location: Ashland Pay: $20-$23 per hour DOE Start: IMMEDIATE OPENING Position Overview We are seeking MIG Welders to join a busy and growing fabrication team. This role involves welding steel materials using MIG processes, with opportunities for candidates of all experience levels. Key Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies Read and interpret blueprints (preferred but not required) Operate an overhead crane to move materials safely Inspect welds and ensure high-quality workmanship Follow shop safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Qualifications Experience with MIG welding (all skill levels encouraged to apply) Ability to read blueprints is helpful but not mandatory Experience with fitting is a plus Ability to safely operate an overhead crane (training may be provided) Strong work ethic and attention to detail Pay & Schedule $20-$23/hour, depending on experience Full-time position Immediate start available How to Apply (Immediate Interview!)
