Environmental Consultant / Inspector

Job Description Job Description: We are seeking a certified Environmental Consultant / Inspector to join a respected environmental services firm serving the Inland Empire. This field-based role covers projects from Riverside county to Orange county. This is a strong opportunity for a motivated consultant seeking long-term growth and the ability to step into a senior-level presence as the current CAC transitions. Responsibilities: Perform asbestos and lead inspections, testing, and sampling. Conduct field investigations in residential and commercial environments. Operate XRF/XRS equipment for lead testing (if experienced). Prepare clear, compliant reports and documentation. Coordinate with internal lab teams and manage schedule via CRM. Maintain professional client communication and regulatory compliance. Requirements: CAC OR CSST required. EPA Lead Certification required. AHERA license (bonus). XRF/XRS experience (bonus). 2+ years of field inspection and sampling experience required. Ability to work independently and manage field schedule required. Strong client-facing communication skills required. Valid driver’s license required. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base + commission. Company-provided equipment and materials.
