Material Handler

Material Handler Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Location: Conroe, Texas Schedule: Monday Friday, 40+ hours per week (Overtime and weekends as needed) Job Description: We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Material Handler to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials are received, stored, and distributed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and parts. Pull and stage materials according to work orders and sales order pick tickets. Prepare, package, and label orders for shipment or delivery. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate inventory records using basic computer systems. Assist with loading and unloading trucks. Ensure warehouses and yard areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Follow company procedures, safety regulations, and operational guidelines. Support team members and assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Ability to perform physical labor and work in a warehouse or outdoor environment. Basic computer skills. Strong work ethic and attention to safety. Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
