Job Description Prepare, review, and submit regulatory documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards. Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and communicate updates to relevant teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and ensure regulatory alignment. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and inspections. Provide guidance on regulatory best practices to internal stakeholders. Assist in the development of labeling, packaging, and marketing materials to ensure compliance. Support internal and external audits related to regulatory processes. Stay up-to-date on trends and changes within the FMCG regulatory environment. The Successful Applicant A successful Regulatory Affairs Specialist should have: A strong understanding of regulatory requirements within the dietary supplement industry. 2 years+ of experience within supplement manufacturing or food manufacturing Experience in documentation and compliance processes. Excellent organizational and communication skills. The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A proactive and detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in all tasks. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000 USD annually. 2 days a week; Hybrid work model in San Fernando Valley/ Los Angeles area. Comprehensive 401(k) retirement plan.
