With a secured backlog of major ground-up K-12 projects valued between $60M and $100M+, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager who can take full command of high-profile builds and operate at true executive level. This Is More Than a PM Role, this is about leading projects that shape communities for decades. Youll have full ownership of: Ground-up K-12 developments ($60M$100M+) Financial strategy, forecasting, and cost control at scale GMP negotiations and contract execution High-stakes stakeholder management with districts and public agencies Driving Lean Construction methodologies across the lifecycle Integrating BIM/VDC to eliminate risk before it hits the field Building and mentoring high-performance project teams You wont be buried in red tape. Youll be empowered to run the business side of the build.
