This role requires a keen ability to interpret complex data and make independent decisions while following established guidelines. As a specialist, you will compile, model, analyze, and interpret data to identify and explain variances and trends. You will also enhance modeling techniques and possess a working knowledge of departmental and organizational strategies. Your decisions will impact daily operations and long-term planning, requiring minimal supervision but offering guidance as needed. Leverage your expertise to make a difference Key Qualifications Bachelor's Degree 5 years of relevant technical experience Proficiency in compiling, modeling, interpreting, and analyzing data to identify and explain variances and trends Ability to enhance modeling techniques Experience in managing data to influence operational and strategic decisions Comprehensive understanding of departmental, segmental, and organizational strategies A strong passion for improving consumer experiences in a healthcare context Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree Background in finance or actuarial sciences Project Management Certification Additional Details This role will focus on preparing data for comprehensive Medicaid actuarial analyses across the industry. Although this is primarily a remote position, occasional travel to Humana offices may be required for training or meetings. Work Schedule 40 hours per week Salary Range The expected salary range for this position is $66,800 - $91,100 annually. Actual compensation may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications. This position is also eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on performance.
