Job Summary: The Field Sales Executive role at Global Payments specializes in promoting the Genius® POS and payment technology platform to small and mid-sized merchants, modernizing their operations. You will take charge of the complete sales process, from prospecting to negotiation and closing, supported by our sales leadership. Compensation & Benefits: Base salary starts at $152K plus residual income and monthly and quarterly bonuses. Ideal Candidate Profile: B2B sales experience in fintech, SaaS, or merchant services is preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills are essential. You should be motivated, competitive, and comfortable spending 75% or more of your time in the field. What You'll Do: Sell Genius® POS and software solutions across retail, restaurant, and service sectors. Drive local business growth by introducing award-winning technology. Build a sales pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and networking. Utilize Atlas and Salesforce to track all pipeline activities. Consult with business owners to enhance operations, boost customer loyalty, and streamline payments using Genius®. Why this Role Matters: As a Field Sales Executive, you represent Global Payments in your territory, assisting business owners in adopting modern POS and payment solutions through the Genius® platform. You will manage the sales cycle entirely, from prospecting and demos to negotiation and closing, while receiving guidance from an experienced District Manager. Minimum Qualifications: Must reside within 50 miles of Cincinnati, OH. Must live in the US. Valid driver's license and capability to travel locally up to 75% of the time. High school diploma or equivalent.
