Job Description Spiral Solutions and Technologies, Inc. (Spiral) is seeking a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team! Location: Bellevue, NEThis is an On-site position. Requirements The Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for coordinating and supporting the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle. This role identifies, screens, and presents qualified candidates for specialized Department of Defense (DoD) positions while collaborating closely with the Human Resources Manager to attract a diverse and highly skilled talent pool. The position may work directly with hiring managers to determine accurate technical requirements and plays a key role in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. Some basic HR experience preferred. Minimum Qualifications General Work Experience4 years of office experience Specific Work Experience4 years of recruiting experience EducationBachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent Human Resources experience preferred Training & CertificationsSHRM-CP or PHR desired Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesIn-depth understanding of recruiting methods and best practicesSalary Comparison knowledgeKnowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsStrong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsTechnology savvy with experience using online recruiting platforms and social media, especially for sourcing candidates with security clearances.Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlinesAbility to maintain strict confidentiality Positions Supervised: None Duties & Responsibilities RecruitingIdentify recruitment needs aligned with company strategyEnsure appropriate recruiting strategies for contract vacanciesCoordinate recruiting activities with Hiring ManagersPost approved requisitions internally and externallySource active and passive candidates through social media, networking, career events, community partnerships, and military outreach.Maintain Skill bridge partnership.Review, screen, and track applicationsMove qualified candidates through the ATS and hiring stagesOversee development of interview questions and selection materialsConsult with Human Resources Manager on hiring decisionsConduct onboarding activities ensuring all new hire requirements are completedPrepare and distribute recruiting reports to leadershipParticipate in job fairs and recruiting eventsEnsure EEO/AAP compliance; audit processes and recommend improvementsProvide salary comps for proposals Hiring & OnboardingPrepare all necessary documentation for accurate processingCoordinate position classification and compensation with Hiring ManagerSupport negotiation efforts between applicants and hiring managersPlan and conduct new employee orientationPerform other duties as assigned This list is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded as needed.
