Mailroom & Print Center Associate We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Mailroom & Print Center Associate to support on-site operations at the IBM Austin campus. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages, operating basic print equipment, maintaining the print room, and providing high-quality customer service to employees across the site. This is an onsite, people-facing role with regular walking, organizing, and assisting employees throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages Manage outgoing mail, including USPS and UPS shipments Load packages into lockers for pickup Maintain logs for mail, packages, and tracked deliveries Assist with basic print jobs and print room organization Operate and maintain small/basic print equipment (training provided) Keep print area clean, stocked, and running smoothly Provide friendly, professional support to employees and visitors Answer questions related to mail, print requests, and package pickup Communicate effectively with internal teams Walk the facility to deliver items or support print/mail requests Assist with daily operational tasks as needed Maintain accurate documentation and reports Required Skills & Experience Previous customer service experience Basic computer skills (email, logging packages, data entry) Experience in mailroom, shipping/receiving, or print center is preferred Strong communication, organization, and reliability Ability to work onsite and move around the facility regularly
