Power BI Developer / Analyst

Job DescriptionROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a motivated Power BI Developer / Analyst to join our analytics team. This role focuses on building reliable, accurate reporting solutions that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate has strong Power BI and Excel experience, enjoys working with data, and takes ownership of delivering high-quality insights. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, including Power Query and DAX. Analyze and interpret large datasets to deliver timely, accurate insights. Perform validation and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency. Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and communicate results clearly. Support ongoing improvements to reporting processes and KPI tracking. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE3-4 years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX and Power Query. 2+ years of advanced Excel experience, including VBA, macros, and complex formulas. Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting best practices. Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. PREFERRED (NOT REQUIRED)Exposure to Power Automate or other workflow automation tools. Familiarity with the broader Microsoft ecosystem (SharePoint, SQL, etc.). Willingness and ability to learn new tools and technologies.
