Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs. Collaborate with owner to deliver outstanding customer service and memorable dining experiences. Qualifications: Desire to create a new concept. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen safety, and sanitation regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
