Credit Union Member Services Rep / Bank Teller The Member Services Representative is responsible for providing exceptional support to credit union members, handling daily transactions, resolving account issues, and promoting financial products and services. This role ensures accurate processing, regulatory compliance, and a high standard of service while maintaining strict confidentiality. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Promote products and services that meet member needs. Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations; safeguard member information. Provide backup support for teller functions, including balancing cash drawers and processing payments. Maintain organized records, support office operations, and participate in team meetings and training. Represent the credit union at selected community events. Occasional travel (approx. 10%).
