We are seeking a Sr Digital Delivery (Advanced Work Package) Coordinator to support the design and execution of cutting-edge data center projects. This role will report to the Advanced Work Packaging Manager and collaborate closely with project delivery teams, engineering leads, and BIM/VDC professionals to ensure successful work package delivery across all project phasesfrom design through construction and system turnover. The ideal candidate is passionate about utilizing technology to drive efficiency, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a strong understanding of BIM workflows, coordination tools, and data center design standards. Job Summary The Sr. Coordinator for Advanced Work Packaging is responsible for coordination and management of work package planning and creation. Duties include working with Engineering design teams, Supply Chain management, Construction, Project Controls, System Turnover, to help sequence project deliverables. Monitors data quality across all project platforms to ensure accuracy in work packages. Responsibilities Collaborate with vendors, engineering & supply chain teams in meeting requirements for CWPs by introducing the concept of Construction Work Areas (CWAs). Develop EPC process maps and workflows to manage data, documents, and 3D models for CWP management. Support the digital delivery of large-scale projects across multiple disciplines. Assemble CWPs via tools such as Bluebeam, ACC, Excel, P6, Revit. Post deliverables utilizing the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) platform. Quality oversight of 3D model encoding of Advanced Work Package Data. Oversee CWP review, execution, closeout, and scope analysis. Manage CWP content changes (additions, removals, revisions). Assist in writing scope narratives based on each individual work package. Collaborate with System Turnover to manage System based work package delivery & turnover. Assist in digital close-out and asset data encoding for handover. Coding and verification for asset validation in construction. Planning Collaborate with field supervision and engineering to manage detailed work package planning, enabling supervision to focus on field execution. Identify planning gaps and drive collaboration across EPC project teams. Support process implementation and updates. Work with project scheduling to ensure timely CWP delivery in coordination with Project Controls and other stakeholders. Communicate work package scope to individual subcontractors and work to eliminate constraints in supporting the overall project schedule. Align with 4D technology where needed to validate construction work progress and facilitate schedule understanding for key project stakeholders. Technical Support field engineers, supervisors, and craft professionals in interpreting engineering and vendor documents. Coordinate engineering solutions and constructability issues with subcontractors and design teams. Contribute to developing commodity installation methods and leverage automation tools for efficiency. Collaboration & Support Act as a liaison between project teams, digital delivery leadership, and client stakeholders. Provide technical support and training to project teams on digital tools and best practices as part of projects. Coordinate with global digital delivery teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing. Qualifications 8-10 years of experience with developing & managing Advanced Work Packaging for field construction. Strong understanding of construction sequencing and means/methods of construction. Proficiency in Autodesk tools including Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud). Experience working in fast paced design-build construction execution. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities. Preferred / Ideal Bachelors degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. COBie certification (construction operations building information exchange). Demonstrated ability to manage and lead teams. Experience with project controls applications (Primavera, Synchro4D). Advanced user in BIM modeling tools (Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Revizto). Experience with data center design or construction projects. Experience with EPC companies. And certain roles may be eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, performance discretionary bonus, and stock. The base salary range for this position is $92,000.00 to $126,500.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
