Job Title Supports general business operations by providing various administrative support activities as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines in the administrative services function. Impact of the Role Requires full proficiency gained through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience to perform a range of tasks. Takes a broad perspective to problems and spots new, less obvious solutions. Identifies key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision. Likely to act as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience. Performs manual tasks according to established procedures. Essential Functions Prepares reports and presentation materials. Receives and responds to correspondence. Schedules conference calls and meetings. Supports and interacts with administrative staff. Schedules meetings, and performs other administrative duties as assigned. Acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience. Additional Responsibilities Understanding meeting set up. Ensuring microphones, speakers, and AV equipment is all set and working. Assist Human Resources with administrative tasks/responsibilities for: onboarding, orientation, HRIS training systems, and various updates with coordinating communications & schedules. Assist with a myriad of tasks relative to office operations. Required Qualifications Required education and experience: High School Diploma/GED required and 5-7 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience. Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Preferred Qualifications Preferred education and experience: Associates or Bachelor's Degree. Discipline/Major: Business or related discipline preferred. Knowledge, skills & abilities: Oral and written communication skills. Problem-solving skills. Business communications. Call screening. Document preparation. Drafting correspondence. Meeting minutes. Meeting scheduling and logistics. Reception and gatekeeping. Records management. Spreadsheets. PowerPoint presentation preparation for content organization, & slide design. Physical Requirements Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time. Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Travel Requirements No or very little travel likely. Pay Range (USD) 53,774-99,886 Pay Transparency Statement The salary range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum for salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and relevant education or training.
