Plant Maintenance Manager

Manufacturing Maintenance Manager Cartersville, GA area We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at a non-union manufacturing facility just outside of the Cartersville, GA area. This role is responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance, equipment reliability, and leading a skilled technical team across both traditional and automated production lines. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a multi-shift maintenance team Champion plant safety and safe work practices Drive preventive maintenance execution and PM compliance Improve equipment uptime and reduce unplanned downtime Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution Manage spare parts and maintenance inventory Coordinate with automation teams and outside contractors Partner with plant leadership on reliability and continuous improvement initiatives Facility & Technical Environment Durable goods manufacturing operation Two-shift production schedule Electrical and mechanical systems Allen-Bradley PLC troubleshooting Combination of traditional and automated production lines Qualifications 3+ years of maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment Strong hands-on electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs (programming a plus) Preventive maintenance and CMMS experience Preferred Bachelors degree preferred Durable goods manufacturing background Compensation Six Figure base salary plus bonus Relocation assistance available, if applicable
