Project Manager Life Sciences Mid-Level Our client is a well-established construction management firm with over 25 years in the industry, specializing in academic, corporate, science & technology, and healthcare projects. They have a strong track record of repeat business and are poised for significant growth in 2026, with multiple design-build projects in the pipeline. Job Description As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing Life Science projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance. You will work closely with senior leadership and project teams to deliver exceptional results. Key responsibilities include: Managing all phases of Life Science construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution Overseeing subcontractor coordination and ensuring adherence to project specifications Monitoring project budgets and timelines, providing regular updates to senior leadership Collaborating with design teams and clients to maintain project goals and expectations Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies Utilizing Autodesk Build for project management and documentation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
