About the Company A growing, operations-driven organization is seeking a detail-oriented Business & Supply Chain Analyst to support its Global Sourcing team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and enjoys transforming complex data into strategic insight. This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking someone with hands-on experience in corporate procurement, sourcing, or purchasing who understands how data directly influences sourcing strategy and financial performance. About the Role The Business & Supply Chain Analyst will partner closely with Global Sourcing, Finance, Operations, and external vendors to ensure procurement decisions are supported by accurate, actionable analysis. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, advanced Excel proficiency, and confidence working with large datasets. You will play a critical role in identifying cost-saving opportunities, evaluating vendor performance, and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives through data-driven recommendations. Responsibilities Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and operational risks Build and maintain advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and financial/spend models Track and evaluate vendor performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics Support sourcing strategy with data-backed insights and recommendations Collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure alignment of data and reporting Present findings clearly and confidently to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership Support ad hoc procurement and sourcing initiatives as needed Qualifications Recent experience as a Business Analyst or Supply Chain Analyst Hands-on experience in corporate procurement, sourcing, or purchasing functions Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, data analysis) Proven experience analyzing large datasets and performing financial/spend analysis Strong communication skills with demonstrated cross-functional collaboration Required Skills Experience working with ERP or procurement systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
